The Management Controller is part of the financial team of the company. He is a real support for the structure that he supports in its cross-functional functions: general, commercial and financial management.
Through my various interventions and the contribution of multiple tools (dashboards, indicators), I analyze the gap between forecasts and reality in order to provide information to company stakeholders. Finally, I recommend solutions to remedy the difficulties encountered.
